All though we have standardized film processes our engineer team can create a film stack for your specific needs, either transmittance or reflectivity properties can be altered for your application. Custom thin film metallization consists of sputtering metal coatings in layers made to customer specifications. Nanofilm routinely deposits a wide variety of films on many different substrate materials. Our chambers provide consistent film quality and a proprietary process that provides excellent adhesion. Nanofilm's "Denton" chamber uses a dual cathode that will sputter two targets in one pump out for improved film adhesion (chamber does break vacuum preventing any atmosphere from oxidizing the stack).
